Broken Foot Timeline ("Real Woman, Real Broken Bones" Episode 2)

Nov 9 - Out for a jog our subject steps off of a curb, twisting her left foot awkardley breaking her 5th metetarsal. She goes to the hospital in pain where she receives a temporary cast, which she will wear until the swelling subsides enough for a regular fiberglass short leg cast.

Nov 11 - Her swelling has subsided and she is placed in a blue short leg cast. We see that 4 of her toes are clearly expose, the pinky toe perhaps due to the fracture being located on the outside of her foot, is almost fully covered. Instead of sulking about her injury she embraces it and decides to paint her toes to match the color of her cast. Little does she realize that this drives a caster like me CRAZY (in a good way). She will be in this cast for approx 3 weeks. She has some very pretty toes. She goes in for another check up and is told that she needs to be in the cast for at least 3 more weeks, Jan 13.This time she is placed in a dark blue cast. Her toes are again freshly painted and this time her cast exposes more of her toes than the 2nd cast but less than the first. They are no worse for wear andstill extremely suckable.
