As much as I am fascinated by the site of a woman in a cast, I'm probably equally fascinated by the "story". How did they end up in the cast, was it a traumatic injury or some elective surgery? If it was a trauma, what went through their mind when they were told "you;ve broken your leg and you will be in a cast"? Do they cry? Are they happy? Are they aroused?
