Hello again! Hope everyone has been checking out my regular posts on tumblr

I've got a new installment of Real Women Real Broken Bones today!

Our next subject is a mid 20's female who broke her tibia and fibula when she fell off of a stage dancing at a wedding! She was in her full leg cast with toe plate for about 4 weeks. And has now transitioned to a boot.

In this first pic you get a great look at the toeplate and the general structure of her toes.

 Much better look at her toes on her casted and uncasted foot.

This pic is awesome because it really accentuates the shape of her leg and you get a real sense of its size.

She was able to squeeze herself in a car!

This is the cast after some wear and tear. She has gorgeous legs!

I'm still alive folks! I've gotten a little lazy and haven't kept up my end of the bargain (I post, you read...). I haven't posted. I'm sorry!

Hoping to make it up to you with the following post!

Our subject is a 20 something female who suffered a spiral fracture of her tibia when 2 larger guys fell on top of her while she was out at a club dancing...

First a couple of pics of our subject without a cast.

Here are her toes... Yummy Right? I would suck on them, cast or no cast!

And here you see our subject and her gorgeous legs getting some sun... 

What does the rest of her look like? I'm glad you asked!

And then it happened... In her own words - 

So here she is with a fresh temp full leg cast on at the hospital, elevated and stunned that she has gone from dancing to a cast encasing her entire leg!

Being released with a thick file of paperwork and a perfect black full leg cast. 

And then some complications. Cast had to be cut and held together with straps. Perhaps the swelling was more than they expected?

She is better spirits now - cast is decorated with glitter

And finally she is promoted to a short leg cast. Look at the atrophy in her right leg!
