****UPDATE! Oct 30th - Our gorgeous subject is 5 weeks into her recovery and still sporting a full leg cast. She is scheduled to be in it for 7 weeks. Here is the latest picture of her standing on a pair of crutches casted leg extended outward. ENJOY!

Hey everybody. I've got a good one to share with you all. Our subject is a teacher in her mid 20's. She suffered a broken tibia and fibula. Not sure how she did it. But she ended up in a full leg cast. For some reason these pictures really got me worked up :)

Here she is numbed by pain killers, with a freshly broken leg that is wrapped in a temp cast.

10 Years Old! Happy Birthday To Casts & Toes!

10 years ago yesterday I made my first post on this blog... TEN YEARS AGO. WOW. The real world has changed so much in the past 10 years, but this blog has remained a constant - casts, toes, prostate play, and other kinky things on my mind. . Yes it has evolved from me posting some random pictures a few times a month, to what I feel is more substantive content surrounding the pictures. Surveys, Real Women Real Broken Bones, Reader Participation Games, Toeriffic Tuesdays (I forgot about that one), Guess Her Cast, Stories and more.

Now this little peak into the kink side of me, which was really just supposed to be an outlet for me has seen almost 750,000 unique visits and millions of page views. I truly am honored.

As this birthday was approaching, I've struggled a bit trying to come up with a post worthy enough to mark this event. In the end I decided that instead of focusing all the attention on me - I wanted to hand out birthday gifts to all of you!

How perfectly suckable are those toes? I'm a sucker for a sexy woman on crutches.

She injured herself while celebrating her 21st birthday! I can't imagine what might have happened that night that caused her to fall... ;)

Real Women Real Broken Bones

Happy Valentines Day to all my readers!

I have got a fantastic VDay treat for everyone.

We have a gorgeous mid 20's female. While enjoying an ATV tour on vacation in South America - her all terrain vehicle flipped landing on her lower leg. The doctors in south america diagnosed her with a deep bruise, no fractures. They gave her a pair of crutches and a soft wrap and sent her along her way. 2 weeks later when she returned home, she had it checked out and diagnosed as fracture at the top of her tibia near her knee. She spent the next 12 weeks in a variety of casts including a series of full leg casts for 8 weeks and then a patella tendon bearing cast.
